Scope of Work
h.u.e Technology will install and configure WIFI antennas to 3 buildings in 5th Ward around Lyons Ave. Each buildings will have Comcast broadband or Fiber signals cast to each antenna. The broadband or Fiber will then be made available to 4 apartment complexes in 5th Ward community allowing tenants the use of WIFI connectivity.
Fifth Ward CRC staff will initiate robust community initiatives that will engage hundreds of residents and community partners for this project’s development.

Fifth Ward CRC’s mission is to catalyze resources to build and preserve an inclusive 5th Ward Community by developing places and opportunities for people to live, work, and play. Advancing the quality of life of our community must include identifying opportunities to make wifi/internet available to everyone and closing the digital divide which can open the doors for new opportunities in education, employment, health, social services, and increase the dissemination of knowledge and digital content.
What is a Neighborhood Mesh?
A Mesh Network is a group of devices that act as a single wifi network. The Mesh network will share the broadband connection.
